We’re east of 127 and mostly south of 96. When a summer storm hits 127 it starts splitting around 96 and by the time it would miss us. My grandpa said that never happened before the highway was built. They didn’t have radar back then either. Sometimes a storm will slide north along 69 also. Do you notice any phenomenon like that?

I gotta say that rain patterns have definitely changed. Almost all of our summer rains came from the northwest. You don't know where they might come from now. Just about everything has missed us. .7 for July until now. Very frustrating. I'd hate to be a young guy with big payments. No rain. Low prices. High land costs/equipment. Perfect storm.
