Never cracked one of those green ones. Did have wind take one and destroy it. Had a white one that we tried to patch to no avail. The way they flex when they are filled I don't see how any patch wold work on the bottom. If it is never to be moved you could put a few inches of concrete on the bottom of the whole thing.
