Ok, yeah I read that after I posted it then. Doubt that's gonna inject a whole lot of competition into the packing market then.
For that group it’s not about increasing competition.
It’s about moving up the supply chain and trying to capture some of the $50/hd profit that the packers are currently making.
Triumph show’d everyone that the model works. If WholeStone works out I’d expect to see more groups try to do the same.
