Sales to date for exports as a whole are at the highest level since they started weekly reports a few years ago. Shipments are the highest on record also.
After years of contracting their sow herd in China, the last year they went through a rapid period of modernization and expansion. Domestic supplies skyrocketed, and prices fell drastically. Their need to import has been reduced at this present time. They (as well as Mexico) still have shown up most every week on the export report.
