Mid MO
Depends on the size of the calf. I had a heifer drop a calf and walk away from it. It was no bigger than a beagle dog. Fed it 4x a day with a lamb bottle, 2 cups per feeding. Worked her up and now she takes 2 quarts twice a day with hay and grain.

Have a new calf this week. 1.5 quarts twice a day but she's probably 60#.

I find the instructions on the milk replacer tend to be too much for my calves. Better to keep them a little hungry than to over feed and have scours. Maybe those are written for big Holstein bull calves, idk.
