Spraying for bugs is a good way to discretely keep an eye on things. When i was going to college my apartment was sprayed monthly, it was on the calendar one day a month i had to clean the place up....lol. Tenants like not having bugs, and landlord gets to know about anything scetchy going on. Win win.
