Rental property can really suck. I would pass

or it can be wonderful. If you buy a crap property, you’ll most likely reap what you sow. My son just built a new duplex, and has them both rented to terrific tenants. But these units were not el cheapos. The price tag pretty well sorts out the riff raff.
