My opinion,I'd find something else to invest my money in that didn't cause a bunch of headaches. Good renters are hard to find,and it seems that if something was going to break in the house it's gonna happen in the middle of planting or harvesting. My rental houses are on farms I bought,hate to see them sit empty so I rent them. Right or wrong I try to rent to smokers and hope they burn the things down.
