How many are you talking? If enough racks to fill a roaster, I'd do just like I do with loin. Put them in the roaster with a little apple juice on the bottom and turn it on low and just keep an eye on it. Rotate the ribs around if needed. Adjust temp accordingly to get them warm in the time allotted.
