I was in Vermont 3 weeks ago. I was from Burlington down to Massachusetts. I saw less than 20 corn fields. It looked ok, but nothing tasseled and most about waist high. I never saw 1 combine or grain bin or coop . Some little dairy farms. Lots of grass hay. Im sure that my township in Kossuth county iowa raises more corn that the whole state of Vermont.
I did see a relatively modern tractor with a 2 row 3 pt. Danish tine cultivator.
