Central Kansas | As far as trusting it, I think it was mechanical failure. Reason being, it did not sound right after rev up and launch, should have set it back down right away....BUT....didn’t and had it at 100ft right above me and then went into a tumbling spin, wind took over and pushed it about 30ft away to the edge of a Corn field and it crashed onto a “Tuff” hugh Pigweed!.......all of this to shoot some farm pictures for my friends grand son for a 4-H project!
I still think a propeller failed, had a crack in it and that was making the odd noise(flexing), but could have been anything. | |
