These are all alloys, but one person can be allergic to some metals.

Recently a family member was to receive a knee replacement, and they found

out she was allergic to the standard metal, and had to reschedule the operation,

so they could get another fixture.  My mother in law was allergic to nickel, and could

not wear much jewelry at all.
