Here in New York near Niagara Falls we are cutting the best beans we have ever cut. If we get them all before a snow I am sure we will average 60 to 65 bpa. Any beans under 15% go in big bin and any over get dried. When the dew goes off we start which is about 10am and we are done around 7 pm when the dew comes back. John
