West Texas | There are a lot of discussions about corporal punishment for kids at home and at school. From an early age, I was well aware of the consequences of not following the rules both at home and at school. In fact, there were even a few times that one of the neighbors busted my butt. I learned early on that when that happened, do not tell Daddy about it because that would insure another licking.
