East Central, Nebraska | yes caseih does or did sell something called the electristeer. i do not know of anyone that has ever had one though they look exactly like an agleader ontrac. i have agleader ontracs and like them but also have a trimble ezpilot and it steers a whole lot better. i have installed a couple for neighbors also on that exact tractor and worked well. that particular tractor seems to turn a little harder then others. if they are trying to keep costs low i would tell them to buy an ezpilot and trimble 750 off ebay and have an excellent steering system for much under new cost that they could install themselves fairly easily. some do not desire the 750, for a few bucks more you can get an fmx with a bigger screen and more capabilities. i would recommend buying either already unlocked to RTK, you can buy them used for what the unlocks alone cost.
