| First I have heard of this... I have infact heard the opposite in many areas, switching from EZ-Steer (not knocking product) to JD ATU.
Relaying customer expectations, best practices, and intially getting the customer started off on the right foot (and right direction) do a lot to not sour the sale. Support can make or break the deal. If your in an area where systems such as these are relatively new to yourself and your supplier you may expect some hiccups depending on the quality of support and the attitude taken towards selling and supporting the coresponding systems sold. | |
