Google Forms lets you create a form with a variety of inputs (checkbox, dropdown, date, time, upload picture) that will upload to a google sheet. It keeps your fat fingers from messing up the spreadsheet when your in the tractor or barn. You can share the form via email or browser link. The Forms I use are saved onto my phone homescreen so it is pretty convenient to keep records up to date on the fly.
