Subject: Mobile spreadsheets. Excel vs Sheets vs Numbers

I'm getting to where I share a LOT of spreadsheets with employees. Back before I shared spreadsheets I used OpenOffice and then LibreOffice almost exclusively. Once I started sharing and accessing on mobile devices (iPads, iPhones and Android phones) I switched to Excel. One limitation I have found with Excel on sharing is that if one person forgets to close the sheet, no-one else can edit it. I hear on Google sheets you can have as many people editing it at once as you want which sounds really appealing so I'm thinking about switching to that. What about Numbers? Can that be used on Android devices? Can multiple people edit simultaneously?

Any other thoughts on sharing spreadsheets and using them with multiple devices? What about input devices? Does anyone keep a bluetooth keyboard in vehicles where a lot of editing gets done (like a sprayer for record keeping)? If so, what brand and model? Do the work well with both Android and iOS?

Thanks.
