One thing that I find when I deal with spreadsheets on my phone is that I would prefer more screen. Left to right isn't bad in landscape mode but then the keyboard takes up almost the entire screen. When you use a real keyboard not only can you enter stuff faster but you have more that you can see on your spreadsheet.
