That's what I do is let the monitor keep track of it. Ag Leader Integra. I used to do both but don't any more. I still have to get it to a spreadsheet for crop share billing but I print out a report in SMS and use those numbers to build spreadsheet.
I do bring in USB drive every 2-3 weeks and download it.
