Because a breeder will sell a dog to anyone, few months later the owner don't like poo-poo and take it to the shelter. Our local town is having to expand and build different shelter, it is unbelievable how many unwanted dogs there are. Shelters full here because they won't let you have a cat or dog if you won't keep it inside! Our cats are fat and happy and the rodents are under control but they do disappear from time to time. Old dog died and haven't replaced it yet. A couple we like at the shelter but no go for an outside dog. |
