Oliver brake question

Subject: Oliver brake question



northeastern Ohio
Working on an Oliver 1650 brakes. It looks like I am missing a piece, but I can't find it in the parts diagram. #6 in the diagram below is a special nut (K2617). It fits against #5 the brake actuating lever. When I tore it apart, there is a piece of metal that I will call a "concave washer" between #5 and #6 on one brake and nothing on the other one. The one that is pictured below is deformed and wore out.

Does anyone know if this "concave washer" comes with the nut or the lever or is available separately? Here are a couple pics as well as the parts diagram:
