We are having issues with giant rags breaking through our Authority XL program this year, and someone suggested using Trivence next year. It is Valor, metribuzen and Classic. Price is ok, but wondering what others experience has been.

I don’t know if it would be any better to be honest, Dave. I’m not really sure anything is going to hold back late giant ragweed except a good canopy and even then some poke through. I used some Fierce XLT, some Authority XL, and some Authority First...all with 6 oz of metribuzin and already I’m seeing just a few sparse giant rags poking through in spots no matter what I used. And they were clean after the pre/burndown app and not really any there for the post app a few weeks ago. Are you having heavy pressure breaking through or just a few plants? I know in fencerows here the GRW is going nuts with the heat and water we’ve been getting.
