Subject: Grandpa - Papa ?

Want to say congrats to new baby on the previous post what a blessing. But, it got me thinking, when I was a child for some reason we always called our grandfather on dads side, Granddad. After I had grandchildren my daughter-in-law's father became Pops and my grand children call me Grandad. Am I a rarity or are ther other Grandads out there?
