I know it's on label but was it possibly the Ally, maybe together with that much Rugged? I did notice the Ally label specifically calls for no surfactant also.
Edit to add: I see you mentioned other fields sprayed with the same mix didnt have the problem. Maybe the milo was almost overloaded and the dicamba drift was just too mich??
