| New to us 2001 case 4260. Having problems with rear rack when lowering from top position, the right side drops a couple inches first. Then left side goes and it goes down crooked until at bottom. Then it levels out. Had case dealer down for 4 days already and can’t seem to figure out cause. We’ve changed right side cylinder seals. No change. Changes relief valves on right cylinder. No change. Changed rear cylinders side to side. Still no change. Hoses are the same, don’t know where to look next. Any help would be appreciated. 2nd problem we’re having is right side boom when lifted out of cradle just keeps unfolding, even if you let go of switch. Case IH recommended checking cylinder seals. Replaced both cylinder seals with luck. Boom still is unpredictable. Ripped rear hydraulic valve apart and found floating orifice broken. Would that fix both the rear rack issue and the boom unfold issue? Thanks in advance. | |
