Northwest IA. Near Ft. Dodge | Pole building. Use footer with a 1 or 2 foot insulated stubwall , buy 16 foot sideway building, then you can have foot + door. One good overhead door other wise you have not as much wall space. Hydraulic door is ok, but slow, can get higher door in though if that is what you want. If it is hydraulic, get in habit of never parking outside of it. Air conditioning is a must in my opinion.
