I'd have to double check label...but I believe it is labeled with NIS as well. I always use MSO. So that would be my first choice. If you have huge weeds or lots of hard to control weeds like kochia or waterhemp. I would probably go with MSO. It does spread the fluid out on the leaf better. And definitely will burn through the waxy cuticle of leaves better.
