Maybe most of these guys that replied have never owned a MF 33 drill. Planting your beans with a fertilizer spreader would be an improvement over what you have now. I know it is easy to spend someone else money but there options that won’t break the bank. You could buy an 8 row 30” planter and try 30” beans. If you weren’t happy with that or even just on your poorer ground you could double back and and have 15” rows. 20’ doubling back would probably not be any slower than what you are doing with your MF 33 now. The brush meters will give you better seed singulation and probably pay for themselves quickly in seed savings over just using the seed cups.

Remember, there is the ‘ideal’ world then there is the ‘real’ world. The idea here is to get better results that what you are currently doing.
