I would suggest good documentation like time stamped pictures like you already have and get an independent agronomist out there. Keep your neighbor informed every part of the way. FYI...if he expects his insurance to cover you, it's all about him admitting culpability. His insurance could deny your claim if he doesn't and blame it on the herbicide company. If he'd rather keep this "off the books" then he'll pay himself. If not, he needs to admit culpability. | |
