Subject: Spraying water ways with rotary mower?

Mid-Missouri
We have several waterways, ditches, small grass areas to maintain. The 20' cx20 Deere is the main implement used to do so. How would it work to mount a tank to the middle of the mower with 3 small lines going to each frame. By gravity, have the chemical drip down through the blade changing holes from the top. Let the product drip and the rotating blades and stump jumpers, along with turbulence, would treat the area and reduce brush from regrowing. I suppose grazon/tordon would be a good chemical of choice but of course be careful where it is applied, especially around row crop fields.
