Subject: Despite CHEAPER ETHANOL US Ethanol blend rate continues to FALL!!

This week's ethanol update saw a REBOUND in Ethanol production.. but again thanks to embattled EPA administrator Scott Pruitt's Rogue actions on RIN Waivers.. the US Blended ethanol rate CONTINUES TO FALL vs year ago!!
