Factor in argentina was short by 20mmt I would say they by far out produce NA
I don't disagree with your line of thought, but if you're going to point out that Argentina was short by 20 MMT, you should also consider that Brazil almost made up the difference. FWIW.
Biggest thing to me is that they have a lot of space to expand, while we have mostly barriers to expansion. |
