Last week the market supposedly was trading this large rain event. We were forecasted for 4 inches over 4 days. Yesterday was the best chance as we were forecasted for 1.1 inches. We got less than a TENTH and are very dry. Will the markets react to this "less than predicted" weather as we head into July.
