What immoral advertising is allowed under the law? I always thought the local agencies had to license and regulate billboard advertising.

What is considered immoral by law, and what's considered immoral by us some times varies! Our final straw with one company was when they advertised a strip club. We were headed to court with original agreements signed by my great-uncles in the 1950's that specifically excluded that type of thing. They couldn't believe we still had the documents, so they took it down and we told them to hit the highway..... |
