check the frequency on the 3000. Im pretty sure its supposed to be at 45.9675 for the frequency. Also did you ever try doing a TCM calibration. Ive had this fix a lot of these kind of issues in the past. If it fails the TCM calibration then your TCM has gone bad and may need to be fixed. (as long as the mounting plate is level on the machine) All else fails, make sure you are running current firmware.
