Hi Don,
IMHO, there is no doubt its a major concern. To my eye, there is no way the 2016 lows are the pivot relative to the 2012 highs which means the bigger rally that should be upcoming is nothing more than a correction in a bigger bear market and will need to be sold multiple years out.. But price will confirm or deny my suspicions in the upcoming days/weeks. If they were done going down, I would say definitively...but I don't think they are yet.
