Central Illinois | grainbinder, I don't have any insight to Wisconsin Farm Bureau or FFA. I am going to guess that participation in FB Young Farmers and FFA had dropped considerably during the late 70's and 80's. That is what led to the support and involvement of FB with FFA.
As far as the situation you mention in your post, God only knows.
