I make some with soy sauce, barbecue sauce, lime juice and a few other ingredients. Got the recipe from a friend of a friend, so I better not share it exactly. I quit making beef jerky as it gets pretty expensive. I’ve been making pork jerky with pork loin. Last batch was somewhere around 40#’s and cost me$1.70 ish a lb
