Shame shame, teasing us all with pie. Gotta take those little blue propane torch and singe the top a little more. Dark carmel like a marshmellow, almost a little blackish tips too. I'm a renowned taste tester...better send it north, but send a second one next week so I have something to compare it to. ;)
