Remington, IN | Go to setup, and then click on the version on the right side. Does it say HW 0? If so, there is not much that can be done as they have old enough hardware and there is no longer much support for them.
It sounds to me like a potential corruption in the software somewhere. While I have not seen this exact issue before, here is the first step I would try. On your monitor, go to setup, systems, display, and then advanced setup. Then click on "repair data storage". You might try doing this a few times if it doesn't work at first.
If it is not a HW 0, there are some other things we can try if this doesn't do it still, but we would actually have to have the 2020 in our shop. | |
