Things can change but sometimes they don't. 2012 was bad but we started out with good subsoil moisture so we made it quite a ways. Drilled wheat the fall of 2012 and none came up until March or so of the following spring. DISASTER. And like what your in now. Going in to spring with no subsoil....even our irrigated crops struggled. Harvested less in 2013 than we did in 2012.
