Subject: Soil sample and/or plant analysis during corn? Heavy rain concerns

North Carolina
New to corn this year. I put down recommended fertilizers based on soil samples..... But we have had crazy rains where i live last 7 days What should i do to determine if i need foliar fert or urea put down? What growth stage do i take a tissue sample?? And will soil samples now tell me if alot of my nitrogen washed off? Corn is currently 6" tall. I put down 30 gallon uan with sprayer, 15 gallons uan with planter and 4 gallons popup. And 100-200 lbs of dap and/or potash per field. Nitrogen stabilizer too. Clay hillish fields. Cecs are about a 7 which isnt good. 7 inches rain in 3 days.
