The Novatel antenna is a 600-LB which is a L1/L2 + L band (Omnistar) according to the spec sheet so I believe it should work(I had never used it or tested it before). It appeared to have a wide voltage compatibility, but I didn't know if I was missing something (ohms, etc.) because I have never tried mixing GPS antennas like this that would damage either unit long term.
