I replied to a post below complaining about PP saying I was having trouble and wanted a guru to help me. Well,,,,, a tech from PP called and over the course of an afternoon, with several follow up calls and a bunch of downloading, our data is back on the iPad. Kudos for Caleb taking the time and having the initiative to respond and get the situation resolved.
