Um, grazing in fact removes nutrients from the soil. All the nutrients that end up in the cow/calf and that are shipped to the packing plant are removed from the soil.

So if we want to not remove any nutrients from the soil, we all need to sit very quietly in a cave, meditating very intently, while we eat nothing, allowing all plant life to grow and die in situ.
