Unlock is $2250 if I remember correct. Then you need to get a way to get corrections into the 500. Trimble radio for corrections from a Trimble base is $2500 or a modem for CORS or CNH RTK+ about $1000 or a bluetooth "dongle" for Digifarm.
RTK+ or Digifarm is $850 per year. CORS is usually no additional fees after you pay your taxes.
