Subject: EZ Guide 250 coverage switch

Saskatchewan
I have read through dozens of threads on NAT, but want to be 100% sure of what I’m doing so I don’t smoke my display.

I have an EZ guide 250 in my tractor. I pull a Morris air drill.

I want it set up so that when I hit the 12 volt switch on my drill to engage the metering clutch, the display will start painting.

Is this correct??? Take a 12 volt signal from the clutch switch. Use this signal to turn on a relay. Have this relay open and close pins 4 and 8 on the back of the ez guide.

Correct? Or way out to lunch?
