I too have the Dickey John Intelli Ag monitor on a 1720. The difference in seed count by row can vary about 5% and I do believe it to be accurate. We have found that we need to run our vacuum pressure a little higher than normal [18-20 lbs] for the seed count to even out. However, we still have a couple of rows that lag the others. You could try swapping seed hopper to see if that make a difference.
