I run a 1020 head with a 3" sickle. I ran with then angle to rows. It didn't happen alot, but once in a while that stray bean stalk would stand proudly. I myself am still on 30" beans and corn. I got spoiled today with the split rows.
I thought I had more dust in beans from all the corn stalks run thru.
